From reception to the quiet, clean, comfortable rooms I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone requiring accommodations in this part of Winnipeg.

Our committee reviewed and decided to use the Canad Inn Fort Garry for our four day conference destination and we were so glad we did. We had folks attend from all over North America and the hotel was very accommodating. They made every effort to ensure that they recognized every attendee and even ensured the best possible accommodations for the dignitaries.Their rooms were recently updated and very comfortable. They provided a free shuttle service to/from the hotel and in some instances even utilized a limo service to facilitate this. We met prior to the event and were introduced to the hotel management staff. The event went flawless! They had more than enough breakout rooms and audio/video equipment to accommodate concurrent sessions. There was more than enough room and common area to facilitate this conference of ~130 attendees to eat together and mingle. Their meal selection was great and the coffee/meal catering service to these rooms was impeccable. There were also two evening entertainment facilities (Tavern United, Playmakers) right in the hotel so you don't even have to leave the hotel. And to top things off we had access to the renowned Celebrations Theatre event. That was just icing on the cake! They made us feel special. I would highly recommend the Canad Inn Fort Garry for your next Conference destination.

we had a nice room w two queen beds and a flat screen, microwave and fridge. Free wireless was quite fast. Bathroom was clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable w pillow-top. restaurant was low-priced w buffets. only downside was that the only window in the room faced the hallway.

Our family has stayed several times in this hotel in several different types of rooms. Every time is excellent.
The rooms are clean, the beds very comfortable. The linens and towels are very nice. The staff were wonderful and listened to us. They had all the answered we needed. The pool and waterslide is a lot of fun, generally very clean. It is a large hotel, and so there can be lots of people around. We didn't find noise to be a problem. Any time there was a problem we simply spoke to the staff and they helped.

One tip, if you arrive on a Friday evening the front parking lot can be quite full with people using the hotel bar and the theatre, simply ask where to park.

Our kids have really enjoyed everything about this hotel. We use hotels semi regularly as a family and the Canad Inns Fort Garry one will be the one we use any time we're in Winnipeg.
