I have read good and bad about this motel, and was a little apprehensive before ariving as to what I would find.
The thing I keep in mind is that I was in a town in the middle of nowhere. With this in mind, this is a well run motel, with fantastically friendly attentive and helpful staff. Staff wait on you extremely well at meal times and no request is ever to much and is seen to as soon as possible.
The rooms are fairly basic, but they are comfortable and very well cleaned everyday, IK have stayed in very good standard hotels in cities that can't manage that. You recieve fresh flannels and towels both bath towels and hand towels each day, and this is all completed before you return to the motel each day.

Keeping in mind where the motel is and the difficulties that this area presents, I had a very good experience and comfortable stay.

There is free wireless in the building, but keep in mind that with no fault of the owners this can be a little hit and miss. But when it is working it is very good.

I would certainly have no problems staying here again.

This isn,t luxurious , but we came for an adventure , not full scale pampering. Clean,(towels changed every day), good food, the breakfast is wonderful,really sets you up for the day, and the waiting staff are very attentive. Come to Churchill and embrace the culture.

Stayed here for 3 nights while on a tour to see the Polar Bears just outside of Churchill.

Overall this is a decent, clean motel with friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is probably avoidable if you aren't on a tour (goto Gypsy's instead). Everything in the Motel works although it's definitely time they updated their decor and renovated the bathrooms.

We stayed here for four nights as part of a Polar Bear tour. The room was basic to say the least - two single beds, no hairdryer, dodgy décor in green, small bathroom in turquoise. The views from our window comprised an unfinished extension to the back of the motel and a wasteland with disused trailers. However, it was clean and, most importantly, warm. We ate in the restaurant as part of the package, and the food, served as a hot buffet, was poor. The buffet breakfasts weren’t very good either, but quality of food seems to be a Churchill problem because of the location.
However, we did see loads of Polar Bears and the Northern Lights, which made up for everything else!
