I wouldn't want to walk farther, but Stoney Creek was walkable to the gondola in the Whistler Village! The marketplace is just across the street. No need to drive at all! Make sure you don't have a Thule on your car if you plan on parking below in the assigned stall.

The two bedroom condo was very comfortable! A great value. If you plan on arriving after hours, make sure you know where to get your key.

We stayed at #109 Northstar- 1 bedroom appartment. Location in complex is good- away from pool area so no noise from there.
There is a supermarket across the road which is handy, its a bit of a walk to the lifts though- at least 10 minutes. Overall good place and can recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights with group of friends..

Location is okay ... across IGA ! which was convenient to buy stuff.
however quite a walk to the mountain esp. when you are tired from boarding .

There is however bus stop across the street.

My main issue here was parking. The stalls are so small. meant for small cars.
So it's very hard to park when you are driving an SUV !
also you must be able to do stairs as they don't have any elevators.

Also when both showers are in use.. there isn't alot of Hot Water. so if you are staying with a group.. be sure to be the 1st one to shower.

Overall.. would stay here again ... but will have my friend bring a small car

ps. wired internet is included ( no wi fi ) and free local and international call !!

We (family of 4 - two teens) recently stayed in Unit #90 – 4355 Northlands Boulevard, Whistler, British Columbia (www.alluradirect.com/1456) and had a wonderful visit. The unit exceeded our expectations. The unit was totally redone and is beautifully furnished/equipped. It was a 2 bedroom unit (king and queen upstairs) with a pull out couch in the living room. All beds were super comfortable. There was a full bathroom upstairs, bathroom with shower and laundry downstairs. The unit had a well equipped kitchen and a BBQ on the deck. The unit was well stocked with shampoo, soaps, laundry detergent, kitchen equipment...there was nothing other than groceries that we needed to purchase. Large 42 inch TV in living room and a smaller TV in each bedroom - better cable than we have at home. Short walk to the heated outdoor pool and hottub and located across the streed from IGA grocery store. Also - wireless internet, IPod equip and DVD player. You will have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the unit. We unloaded our stuff in the turn around and then parked in the underground spot was is provided. Would love to stay there again.
