We were looking forward to our Whistler holiday and it did not disappoint. We stayed at North Star at Stoney Creek. A ResortQuest Property. This Condo-style complex is near the village..and many other conveniences. The check in building is in the middle of the complex. The employees there were quite good- cheerful. The pool area was nice, and the weather was awesome. Whistler is a pretty amazing vacation spot. I highly recommend this option versus cramming 4 people in to a hotel room.

The Stoney Creek complex is made up of 3 or 4 (depending who you ask) individual townhome complexes. The Sunpath, Lagoons, Northstar, and Valhalla. Both the Sunpath and Northstar have outdoor pools and hot tubs (open in the winter). The Valhalla has an outdoor hot tub. All of the complexes are townhome style units with individual entrances and private balconies. Some offer private hot tubs. Units can range from a one bedroom to three bedroom. ResortQuest manages the front desk at the Northstar and they have a great selection of units. The location is great. Across the street is a 7-11, grocery store, fast food, liquor store, and pharmacy. Numorous clubs and restaurants are anywhere from across the street to a 10 minute walk away. Whistler's Euro-style cobblestone pedestrian-only walkway "The Village Stroll" is a 2 minute walk away. Also across the street is the free village shuttle, which will take you to the ski lifts within a few minutes.
