Just back from a week at Sundial. Our experience from when I rang to book to leaving was outstanding. We booked last minute in January and we happened to be arriving on a U.S long weekend when anything decent in Whistler was booked up. By chance I thought I would ring and I spoke to the lovely Liz in Guest services who found us the last rooms in the place. We had to move twice but it was not a problem as we went skiing and they did all the work for us. We had three fantastic rooms and got to see all the different views available. All the staff were fantastic. Nothing was any trouble, which is a delight and you definately feel it is worth every cent. The location in fantastic and the beds so comfortable after a full day skiing. Love it!

We arrived at the Sundial on the 4th of January and spent 8 nights in a two bedroom,mountainside view room.We have two teenage boys(17yrs and 14yrs and we gave them the larger room and they split the kingsize bed for us and we had the smaller queen room.The only thing I would say was that our room unfortunately didnt have any windows and was up against the wall so you couldn't walk around it....however it didn't bother us too much. The location is a great plus you can sit on your sofa and see all the skiers coming down in the afternoon.We could watch the Fire and Ice show from our window...and stay warm.I did a couple of loads of washing and it was all very easy...down to the basement to put the washing on and back in your room in a couple of minutes.You certainly dont feel you need to stay and watch it...its all very secure etc.The ski valet was fantastic...walk in the door in the afternoon and the skiiis were wisked out of your hands within minutes.Very friendly staff and nothing too much of a problem.For me the rooms were spacious and felt very homely and you were right in the middle of all the action...the Sundial is in the best loaction...This was our first visit to Whistler,we loved it and will most definitely be back!
