Very good hotel as very central for slopes, bars and restaurants.

Just spent a fantastic week here in Whistler. The Crystal Lodge is well located in the heart of the village. We had a deluxe room which has obviously been recently refurbished to a high standard. The hotel staff are superb and not too overbearing. The hotel is clean and we ate and enjoyed the adjoining restaurants. The deluxe room was spacious and benefited from a small kitchen area which was used for breakfast and light snacks. The sauna was clean and welcomed. There is an outside pool and hot tub which I did not use this trip. I would definitely use this hotel again and loved skiing in the resort of Whistler.

The hotel is in the middle of everything, and a short easy stroll to Skier's Plaza. You can get to a coffee shop and at least a couple restaurants without even going outside. Our room was basic but very clean and quite comfortable.
The only minor nit is they have to improve WiFi service. We will stay again.

This was my second visit to the Crystal and I will always check them as my first option when going to Whistler. Our visit was from 2/2/12 - 2/7/12. The staff at the Crystal from the front desk to the housekeeping to the ski valet's are always friendly and accomodating. We traveled in a group of 4 and the first night two of our group stayed next to a room that was quite loud at night. The hotel moved all their luggage the next morning and put them in another room that was far superior. The also took the time to write a personal note along with a small givft for the inconvenience. They went the extra step to correct the problem and deomonstrated that a great stay was their main priority.
