The Gregory Bed and Breakfast does not tell you it's refund policies when you give them your credit card number! We could not stay there, as it is completely inaccessible for handicapped. (Very narrow stairway going upstairs). They charged us "according to their policies" (owned by a husband and wife!) full price of over $350 because when we got there, we couldn't stay due to the cramped staircase and hallways. We don't use a wheelchair, but one of us uses a cane, and the other has replaced knees. Had to fight them with the credit card company. This is bad policy which will get them a bad reputation. Also, the price we were charged was about $50 more than their sign on the corner which said "Vacancy - $87). RIP OFF. No internet access and no tvs or baths in rooms; no counter space in bathrooms, too.
