I've stayed here several times. The bedrooms are cozy and nicely decorated, the breakfast is delicious and always consists of fresh fruit (they have a different breakfast every morning). It's on a large piece of land with gardens and a few animals. The wife brings things from their mini farm to the public market, which I believe is open on the weekends and worth a visit.
As for being charged when you show up the night of your stay and cancel, isn't that everyone's policy?
