This is a newer hotel in the heart of downtown Victoria. As platinum guests we were upgraded to a beautiful 1 bedroom suite and a perfect view of the strait and mountains beyond. The hotel is walking distance to all the downtown sights including the inner harbour, the Empress, the museum, restaurants and much more.

The service we received was excellent, and the concierge was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. There is a nice pool which we had mostly to ourselves for much of our visit. I would suggest city parking to the hotel parking if you want to save some money.

We recommend this hotel and will return on our next visit to Victoria.

A nice Hotel very well situated just minuets from the harbour and the town centre but far enough away to be quiet. Good room well furnished with a small balcony. Nice Restaurant reasonably priced with good portions. Staff where O.K. but not overly helpful always seemed to be in a rush or would answer the phone mid conversation.

Everything was great from check in to check out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was very handy. Spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. It was $16 for self-parking, but that can be expected at any hotel downtown Victoria. Will definitely return.

When I walked in I was tired and disheveled, quite the mess really, and all I wanted to do was check in and get cleaned up. The staff was so helpful in getting me set up quickly and helping me to my room as quickly as possible. And the room was great. Clean, comfortable... what more could I ask for? Throughout my entire stay the staff was super friendly and helpful and really helped make my stay in Victoria a memorable one. Thanks guys.
