We were disappointed that the finer touches were not there ie: no water in the hot tub; no fire wood for the lovely fireplace in our room; a shredded screen leading out to our patio, that had no patio furniture on it; we found a wine bucket, but no ice...
The location and building were great, but calling this a luxury resort is misleading. Really needs some refinement.
