Dirty everywhere!! Broken stuff everywhere!!! Rude staff, worse check-in and out experience EVER!!! By the time when we got off the ferry was very late, we just needed a place to stay. This lousy dump was happened to be just in front of us, and the sleepy receptionist said we could get 2 king size beds. The king size beds got me... So after we went through VERY old style checking in system, the "adventure night" started. Bugs flying around the room, couldn't-close-properly door, VERY noisy from the outside AND the inside, not enough of hot water for shower, flooded vanity, and STINK and BLACK towels and pillows!!! I am NOT joking and it's not funny... And the check-out was not pleasant AT ALL!!! The invoice shows incorrect amount, and the receptionist kept saying that it's the accountant's fault, and she knows nothing about it. I truly don't know what kind of management they are under... JUST KEEP AWAY FROM THIS INN, you will thank me later.

Booked this hotel on line and was surprised when we arrived as very seedy looking and assisted living complex nearby very run down. Was initially going to cancel our stay but after talking with the Manager who assured me it was the best deal in Victoria I decided to look at the rooms. The rooms were old but clean. Carpet very old but the rest spotlessly clean. Two king sized beds in each room and very comfortable. Manager told us to park our car out the front so security man could keep an eye on it. It definitely was the cheapest stay in Victoria. No bells and whistles but no bed bugs or filth either and I would stay there again.

I went to check the room before deciding and saw that the tub was filled with silverfish...so I told the guy at reception and he offered another room...no discount, nothing. If there are silverfish in one room, guess what? they'll be everywhere.

My husband and I recently stayed in this hotel. Justine at the front desk when we checked out was extremely rude and lied to our faces stating that our entire floor was complaining about us all night and added a $40 charge to our bill. My husband argued with her that this was impossible but got nowhere so I convinced him to let it go. I then found out through facebook that 2 doors down from us had a huge party and got kicked out without being charged at 4am. First of all we couldn't hear a peep out of them as we watched Entourage and were asleep by midnight, so how on earth could the entire floor be complaining about my husband and I sleeping!?! Then I looked at our bill so I could phone the hotel with my new findings only to realize that we were charged for damages to room 319 not 317 which was the room we were in!! Sure they would rectify the situation immediately. To my great misfortune I got Justine again. She was just as rude to me as before and would not listen to reason. My husband then phoned with an even worse outcome. I am waiting to hear back from the hotel to see if they are going to do anything about this theft and mistreatment. I will post what happens...
