I stayed here for 2 nights and have wonderful service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and tidy when I came back from exploring the town. They were helpful with directions and things I should check out. The location was perfect for everything I went and saw. Thank you!

we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a great time the staff were very friendly the room very clean and many updates to the hotel since our previous stays are fantastic we will be staying again next time in town.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel last weekend and absolutely loved it. The service from the front desk was fantastic, they were very helpful and let us know what was going on downtown during the weekend we were there. The location and price is great. You are in the heart of downtown Victoria , close to many shops and restaurants downtown for a very reasonable price. We had a great time in Victoria and will be staying again soon.

Also, I just have to say that our room was very clean. I am quite a neat freak so I checked the room over many times and couldn't find one problem with it.

Thanks to all the staff at the City Center for making our stay so enjoyable.

I stayed in this hotel and it was not good experience at all!!! there were renovations going on so there were skill saws and banging first thing in the morning, the pool, tanning bed and the restaurant were out of service, it is right beside a VERY VERY loud and rough bar, so all I heard were drunks yelling around all night AND I seen silverfish running around on the ground. When I tried to tell the desk clerk about the bugs he just said "oh well no has complained about it before" Like honestly? REALLY??? what a joke. There are holes in parts of the ceilings and the parking is on a hill across the street... with all the drunks hanging around there I was afraid for my veichle. Anyways my best advice is DO NOT stay there, there are so many other places in town that are far cleaner and safer for your money's worth... I was seriously disgusted with the whole experience!!!!!
