For the price per night ($99) I was not at all impressed.This may be relatively inexpensive in Victoria, but I've been at comparably priced hotels that didn't seem so rough and difficult to sleep in. It is definitely on the lower end of motel's I've stayed at and had no A/C so it made our stay very uncomfortable. To open the window meant hearing the street noises and rowdy kids who were up all night. If we turned on the fan overhead, it was so loud no one could sleep. I didn't like that it also had no privacy for washing your hands or grooming. I could of slept in my car and been more comfortable.

Just off the beaten track. A very short walk from the harbour. Great price. Clean rooms. Great service.

This place is old an everything needs a fluff up. That being said it's a decent price and the location is very close to Victoria's historic Chinatown.

The beds were comfortable and there was enough room for my friend and I, who biked over, to keep our stuff, our bikes and ourselves comfortably in the room.

The shower room was a bit small and it seemed inevitable that the shower water leaked all over the floor of the bathroom.

Hi,I stayed at Paul's Motor Inn in July 2011 for 2 nights ,they had a walk in special for $69.00 per night for one person .The front desk was very friendly and professional .I have to say I was impressed with how clean the room and bed sheets were .The wifi had good signal strength & the hot water was instant .You have restrauants right outside the door a short walk down Douglas st will take you right downtown .I have added a few pics !
