After a very late arrival from Australia (9pm) - no hassel at check in - it was fantastic to make it to our two bedroom suite (room 704). It was well equipped with a full kitchen, lounge room, dining table and a balcony overlooking the marina.
Whilst there was no airconditioning, opening the balcony doors (one in each bedroom plus the lounge room) let the air come through. The only challenge was when the sea planes iddled out the front - the fuel smell permeated the suite for a while, but eventually went away. I didn't enjoy the noise or the smell, but my fellow travellers loved being able to see the planes come and go - to each their own!
There was a free breakfast available (porridge, toast, juice, cereals and fruit) - it was nothing special, but the staff were hard working and very helpful. That being said, with the full kitchen, I made my own breakfast most mornings of our four night stay.
The undercover parking was handy, free internet access was reliable and the business centre had everything we needed.
The rooms were very clean and the reception staff helpful and welcoming (not bad when they were dealing with a difficult and boisterous golfing group).
We were able to walk to the BC Museum, around the Inner Harbour, to the shopping precinct and there were several restaurants nearby (we went to The Keg, which was OK).
I would definitely stay here again.
