our 3 night stay in the Rose Garden Suite in mid-December 2011 was very welcoming with awesome breakfasts that kept us going until well into the afternoon. The beds were comfortable, the suite is spacious and we especially liked the fact that each bedroom and the living area had their own temperature control. We location is ideal: a quiet neighborhood, easy access to public transportation and easy walking distance to shopping. The Greystone will be our preferred choice when returning to Vancouver.

My husband and I always stay here when we go to Vancouver, several times a year. Our most recent visit was December 2 - 4, 2011. I've never met a host as gracious, welcoming, and flexible as Graham. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious and more than ample. Breakfast conversation is always enjoyable, whether it's just with Graham or any of his guests from all over the world. The location is excellent, just a few blocks off Granville (and south of Granville Island). There is easy access to downtown and many of Vancouver's charming neighborhoods. The house itself is on a lovely, quiet street.

Spent two nights here, traveling solo, last weekend in the Kitsilano room. The room itself and attached private bath meet all requirements for physical comfort, e.g., a great bed, adequate hot water, sufficient room (for two people). Breakfasts were delicious, including a hot dish (eggs Benedict one morning), several kinds of fresh fruit, baked goods, cereal, coffee, tea, and juice. What stood out most was a sense of camaraderie with the hosts and the other guests. Grant and Lee were most helpful in making plans to see local points of interest, find restaurants, etc. The wide-ranging discussions around the breakfast table with the other guests and Grant were a high point of my visit.

My wife and I stay here whenever we visit Vancouver. Our last visit was Nov. 19th, 2011. We find it very well located for getting around anywhere in Vancouver. The friendly atmosphere, happy hour by the fire and most gracious hosts Graham and Lee make you feel right at home. The breakfasts are absolutely the best we have had at a B&B anywhere. We are going back again soon and will never stay anywhere else. Recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much Graham and Lee for another wonderful visit.. Mike and Holly
