“Great service and a tremendous value.”

The St. Regis is an absolutely ideal hotel for the business traveler. Ryan and Juan (if I recall their names correctly) at the front desk were very helpful and extremely courteous. The all-inclusive cooked to order breakfast is a huge vale and very tasty. Not to mention the free world wide long distance calling, awesome! The rooms are very well appointed and always kept very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the passes to the Steve Nash health club, perfect for my morning workout routine. Should I find myself in Vancouver again, I know where I’ll stay.

“Great boutique hotel experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 February 2012

Stayed at the St Regis for one night in a queen corner room. The hotel has worked hard to separate itself from the other large major players downtown and it shows. Excellent boutique experience and lots of "value add" that make the guest feel special and unique. With only 65 rooms, its personal and has a real European feel (translate to the elevator is tiny but efficient!). Besides being clean and well appointed, loved the extras including an awesome makeup mirror in the bathroom, heated bathroom floor, fitness pass, free wireless (are you reading that big box hotels!!) and free long distance calling!! Staff were really really well trained and it showed. Well done St Regis!

Room Tip: Corner queen had lots of light - ours faced Dunsmuir which was a bit noisy in the morning but it is...

“Wonderful staff, lovely room”

I just returned from a 4 night stay with my young son. The hotel is an easy 1 block from the Skytrain and in a busy (filled with students) neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops. The staff is absolutely wonderful: attentive, knowledgeable, and organized. We were very comfortable in our room and loved the breakfast but the staff made the St. Regis unique in our minds. We would love to stay there again.

“Great Location and Service”

We stayed at St Regis for 2 nights in early May of 2011. Room is clean and the washroom is spotless with heated floor, we were impressed! Love the Fiji bottle of water. The location is excellent that we walked to most places (Gastown, Chinatown, Granville street..etc.) Took the bus to the Granville island market (do not miss this, lots of good eats). Lots small restaurants and shops around the hotel, there is a coffee shop and also a drugmart across the street from the hotel. We had a excellent stay, the staff is most helpful and the hot breakfast is very satifying. Wouldn't think off stay anywhere else when we visit Vancouver.

Great location. Right near Gastown, downtown shopping, skytrain. Staff was awesome, room was comfortable and not noisy on the fifth floor. Great breakfast.

Room Tip: fifth floor is probably the least noisy for this downtown location.
