Very friendly staff that go out of their way to please and attend to guests. Incredibly comfortable beds and clean relaxing room. Location is slightly away from bars and nightlfe but perfect for the business professional. Only complaint would be the $37/night valet parking!

I enjoyed my two night stay at this hotel. The decor was clean, fresh and energizing! The room was bright, and well lit. I could actually see the clothes in my suitcase without using a flash light. The bed was comfortable. The tub/shower was high to step into, however it would have been a great soaker tub to enjoy had I had the time! Didn't get to visit the gym or pool this time. The staff were very friendly and professional. I'll be back.

- room size and amenities (it even has a small iPod/iPhone docking station)
- great location, not far from Gastown and right near the harbour
- decent WiFi signal throughout the hotel
- swimming pool and gym
- valet parking

Ok, but can improve:
- it's somewhat annoying that you need to re-login to the WiFi after some time
- breakfast was definitely decent, but I like buffet style better
- it would have been nice if it was possible to earn miles on airlines other than Air Canada

I have stayed in many hotels over my career and personal life and have to say, I would rate this as my number one stay. It was affordable, clean, friendly staff, great room, awe inspiring view and I felt there was a surprise round every corner regarding decor. I was so disappointed that it was a business trip, I arrived late due to travelling and had to attend training all day, so disappointed I could not enjoy the room and facilities more. I came home and raved about it to my husband and we are hoping to visit again soon in the next few weeks, and taking our dog. I was lucky that I had a friend who was local and could show me round the area, great location and surprisingly quiet. Only issue I did have is that the heating system was fairly noisey and there was a strange loud noise early in the morning that appeared to be coming out of the room vents. Overall experience, I would rate more than five stars.
