My husband and I just spent three fabulous days at Beach Break Lodge. From the moment we opened the door to our very private suite, we knew we had picked the right place. We were greeted by a beautiful bedroom with fireplace that opened out to a private deck with hot tub, both with stunning views of Chesterman Beach. Our suite also included comfortable leather reading chairs, a well-appointed kitchenette and BBQ, and an elegant bathroom. This spot used to be a B&B, but has recently switched to vacation rental. Breakfast was not included, however the cost per night was appropriately adjusted.

Beach Break Lodge only has two suites, so it is very quiet. It is secluded by evergreen trees, providing privacy yet beautiful views of the beach and ocean. We ended up having breakfast on our deck every morning, and came back to BBQ fresh fish or steaks every evening. During the day we enjoyed easy access to all of the attractions of Tofino and Pacific Rim National Park. We had lovely lunches out, enjoying the local cuisine.

We found Beach Break Lodge to be very, very relaxing - just what we needed! We slept great in the big, king-sized bed. We enjoyed watching the tide come in and go out, long walks on the seemingly endless beach, and beautiful sunsets. If we had any questions, or needed anything, Janet was available to help us out. She was most accommodating!

If you can only go one place on your holiday... make it Beach Break Lodge in Tofino!

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS, WE HAD AN AMAZING STAY!
We stayed here for three nights mid week.
The suite was large and well equiped with access right onto the beach.
The bikes, kayaks and surfboards were great and really added to the whole Tofino experience.
Our hosts Steve and Janet did everything they could to make our stay special, which included bear watching on Steve's boat, catching crab for supper and help with a romantic beach fire.

The backyard access to Chesterman Beach allows you to wander out to Frank island at low tide or watch the waves come in at high. The great beach cruiser bikes get you to town in 15 minutes, and a 20 minute walk down the beach will bring you to the pricey but delicious Point Restaurant. What a place.

Take the time to go across the street and rent a wet suit and enjoy the water on the free surfboards, boogie boards, or wave kayaks. What a blast!

We just got back from our Tofino vacation and stayed at the Beach Break Lodge. This is not a Bed and Breakfast, but rather a Vacation Rental, something we preferred. Janet made sure all of our needs were met during the stay and was very helpful in giving us ideas of what to do and where to go and eat. The rental was very clean and comfortable and the view couldn't be beat... right on the beach. The unit has a fridge and some cooking supplies which made cooking our own breakfasts and lunches a breeze.

We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and hope the opportunity comes sooner than later!
