This place is nestled along the northern coast of Salt Spring Island, in a place that is quite difficult to reach if you don't have a car (an alternative option is to take the bus to Fernwood dock, from there it is 15 minutes on foot). The chalets are very nice and warm inside. They are equipped with semi-full kitchen (fridge,MW,stovetop and sink, but no oven), small fireplace (although the wood which is provided is too damp, and it is almostimpossible to set up a proper fire), a nice cozy room, and spacious bathroom with a dedicated separate space for double-jetted jacuzzi tub. The latter is the real treat of this place, really worth a visit just to try that. Overall we found the place not super-clean, and some of the towels (and one bathrobe) had a strange smell, but nothing terrible. The also provide wireless internet, but the bandwidth is seriously poor (I measured ~50 kbps), plus the wi-fi did not work for an entire day during our stay. i believe this is somehow due to the remote position of this place, so do not expect broadband connection when you get there.
Overall we had a nice stay tough, and the landscape towards the ocean is really amazing.
