Nice hotel, good rooms and service. The only place to stay in PR.

I am a frequent traveller to Prince Rupert and I have stayed in almost every major hotell in that town and this hotel the Crest is the only place in my mind to stay. The front desk staff when walking in are warm and friendly and makes me feel like I'm home. The rooms are great for an older hotel the views are great on the harbourside (greatly recommend you pay the little extra cost to stay on that side it is well worth it). The food is great and the Chef has had some great seasonal menu's to choose from, the waitresses are fantastic very fun and you feel taken care of the moment you sit down. I have suggested this hotel to plenty of friends and family and wil continue to promote this great hotel...

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I was very impressed with the friendly and professional staff. The room was very comfortable - one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Since the building is older there is noise from the hallway and other bedrooms- especially from the rooms upstairs. Next time I will ask to be on the top floor. Room rate was very reasonable at $109. The restaurant and lounge are excellent with great staff. A great hotel for the business traveler.

Moved over to the Crest after a few disappointing stays at other facilities. The Crest is not cheap but they deliver excellent quality rooms and friendly helpful service. We were there working and they accomodated our needs nicely. Dont miss the dining as its pretty fine.

Harbour views for a few more dollars.
