At the edge of the city of Penticton on the hillside and overlooking the city and the lake.
Our room was perfect.....from the balcony or main room we could see the sun set over the mountains in the early evening. Deer wandered below the balcony at dusk. We were situated on a hillside only minutes to downtown Penticton and all its amenities. Within a short drive we were able to visit some great wineries. Our breakfast was prompt and always delightfully filling.

I stayed at this B&B for Ironman Canada. While it is on the way out of town on the bike and run course, it is the perfect distance to be involved, while not overwhelmed by the Ironman activities. For an athlete looking for more richness of the area beyond Ironman, you can't go wrong staying at this B&B. The owners are wonderful, and the rooms are very nice, with wonderful views. I would highly recommend this B&B.

We love B&Bs and this one is really nice. It's located in a residential area with a nice view of the lake. We stayed in the Carriage Room South, which is rather small with a small balcony, mini fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer, dishes and microwave. The bed was great. The view of the lake was nice but over looked the homes below. No road noise at all - very quiet and private. The best part is the owners. They are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much and loved Penticton.

Above the Beach is probably the nicest B&B I have ever stayed at. I saw a few pictures online of the place and the view and they do not come close to doing it justice. I could spend all day on that patio; high up watching people on the beach and playing in the water. Garry and Barb are a laugh riot. I was there with my wife and a few friends and we had SO much fun. What a nice couple. The food was excellent, and I regret I haven't had as nice a cup of coffee as I did there since I left. I will definitely be visiting again.
