Rich and Jolynn were the perfect hosts--warm and friendly, and full of information that helped us make the most of our stay on Vancouver Island. They offered lots of suggestions for great restaurants and little out-of-the-way places we thoroughly enjoyed.

The Inn itself was meticulously kept; everything was kept clean and orderly. And the breakfasts were beyond compare. All of our breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented, and portions were generous.

We highly recommend the Pepper Muffin Country Inn to anyone who's looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation on Vancouver Island. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Jolynn and Rich, for a fabulous time and for being such gracious hosts. We enjoyed every minute of our stay with you!

The host/hostess were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. If we ever return to the area (and I hope we do!) we would definitely stay there again.

We could not have made a better choice for our "home base" while visiting the Nanaimo,BC area then the Pepper Muffin Country Inn. It was truly the best of both worlds having the seclusion and peacefulness of the country while in reality you are only minutes from Nanaimo restaurants, marinas and parks. The accommodations were outstanding. Our room(The Meadow Room)was quiet, comfortable and immaculate. The breakfasts were amazing, ranging from eggs benedict to berry stuffed french toast. Our hosts, Jolynne and Rich were simply wonderful. It was like having a personal concierge. They made tour suggestions, restaurant recommendations and reservations as needed.
We obviously had a great stay as we originally booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for 5.

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The B&B was easy to find and we loved the location. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful home.
