Our golf group had a great stay at the Borgata lodge. We booked for this trip based on the great service we have had in other years, ( provided all our particular room requests, booked our tee times and recommended a great selection of courses for our skill levels). This year was no exception. The number one reason to submit this review is that we were delighted to find all the upgrades to both the rooms and Lodge in general. The rooms as always were super clean and we appreciated the extensive renovations this year. The furniture, tv's etc were new in all three suites and in some rooms bbq's and appliances were new this year. The Borgata Lodge is a beautiful bit of architecture, the location and grounds just couldn't be better and the staff was pleasant and accomodating.

Confortable more than adequate rooms right on one of the golf courses we wanted to play, reasonable rates, extremely helpful proprioter who was able to arrange discounts, T-stimes etc. and answered all our questions. We felt we got excellent "personal " service.for our three couple 6 day stay

My husband and I stayed at The Borgata Lodge for 3 months and we could not have chosen better. We were concerned to have booked, for such a long stay, without seeing the room but were delighted that our loft suite was exactly as the website showed. The views over the golf course were great and we found the area very peaceful and safe.
The guys at the front desk were just the right mixture of being relaxed yet professional and on the one ocassion we had to ask for some help (we had locked ourselves out) they were fantastic -and very friendly bearing in mind it was midnight!
We have a golf holiday planned to the same area and will definitely stay at the lodge when we go back.

We booked last minute for 1 week. We got a last minute rate of 149$/nt. The cancellation policy allows for cancellation 30 days prior to arrival. But since we booked 2 weeks prior to arrival, I asked the manager how would I be able to cancel or leave if not satisfied. He was very friendly and escaped the question saying we would find some arrangements; that there would be no problem! The 1st unit we had was so clear (no curtains) it was impossible to sleep before 10h00 p.m. and after 4h30 a.m. The sheets were old and teared, and the mattress was completly worn out. I begged the manager to let us out of there (I offer to pay more for the 1st night and leave!) I couldn't imagine myself not sleeping for a whole week. He wasn't open for any arrangements, he changed the sheets and offer to change our unit the next days, saying we had a great deal! The other unit was bigger with a nice view, not as clear but the mattress was even worse than the first. We got fed up begging but I swear I'll never book anything else on Internet. Don't book there long terme, see the room before and TRY the bed!!! They are after your money, not your satisfaction. Don't be fooled they are friendly and look very easy going which they are not.
