We have stayed at this resort a number of times over the past few years on a time share exchange. It has many pools and hot tubs and I especially enjoy the adult hot pool and tub. My hubby enjoys his morning swim in the larger pool, however on Sept 17 the heat was terminated. We had a 2 bedroom unit which was very spacious however the furniture is old and faded, it is indeed in need of replacement.

The staff are very service orientated, especially upon check in, Ellen was superb. The cleaning people are friendly but on our second week neglected to leave shampoo, soap etc. This may have been an oversight or a form of austerity, as was turning the heat off in the pool!

Excellent 1 bedroomed condo. Clean and well equiped.
Location is not great in the middle of a RV park. Taking a walk in the complex was difficult - tooo many golf carts!!! Duck lake was difficult to get to.
Lots of activities offered - but the regular residents do not want weekly visitors to join them and were most unwelcoming

I have no idea what these people are talking about .... this is the best place EVER. where else can you stay that has 4 different heated pools a 6 hole golf course, tennis courts, basketball, bike and boat rentals 2 restaurants, golf carts to rent to drive around the resort in and full service RV sites !!!! I mean seriously some people just cannot be please I suppose.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. We had two rooms (2 families), and the floors of both rooms, both carpeted and the non-carpeted sections, were filthy. My children ran around in the rooms barefoot, and after half an hour on carpeted floors, their feet were BLACK. It puzzled me as they did not step outside and did not wear shoes, so it can only be the floor of the room itself! I made them wear shoes inside the room after that and their feet remained clean after. I dropped a piece of onion on the kitchenette area and I wiped it with a DRY paper towel, and the paper came up BLACK. The 'beach' is so tiny, and the water is dirty. The 1-bedroom suites are spacious, but the dirt everywhere really negates everything. The environment outside the room is nothing to speak of; it is basically a RV place and is functional. There is nothing beautiful about the property at all. The cleanliness of the rooms is much worse than 2-star motels I've stayed in by the sides of highways. Really, do yourself a favour and stay at home rather than stay here.
