Wow! I was blown away by this fabulous resort. Firstly, it's absolutely gorgeous! The pads are all paved and beautifully landscaped with a lot of privacy thanks to the cedar hedges that surrounded us. Secondly, everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful which created and very nice atmosphere. Thirdly, the activities that are available are awesome - from canoe rentals to the golf course and not to mention the numerous pools and hot tubs. Riccardo's restaurant is an incredible place to have dinner - very nice ambiance indeed! The Prime Rib is one of the best! The resort has very clean washroom/shower facilities. The only negative was the washer/dryer didn't work for us, but maybe we didn't know how to use it!!! The resort is located within a few minutes drive to the cities of Kelowna and Vernon, where there are a plethora of things to do and see and enjoy!!! We plan on going back for a full week soon to enjoy more of the sweet life. One more thing - I never liked camping until I stayed at the Holiday Park Resort - and I can't wait to go back! You won't be disappointed!!!!

The whole property is pristine with trees,shrubs and flowers flowers. My site is absolutely stunning. I will be back!

We traded a week at our timeshare for one at the Holiday Park Resort because we wanted to enjoy some BC weather, to pick cherries. and to do some site seeing. It was a magical week for everyone. There were lots of activities right at the resort and everyone we met was so friendly that we felt like we were visiting long lost relatives. There was lots of shopping nearby but we drove into Kelowna a few times to look around the city and to look for oogopogo. We didn't find him but we had lots of laughs. On this vacation we didn't bring our little dog but learned after arriving that he would have been welcome for a small fee.

We stayed at this resort two years ago and went skiing at Big White. It was wonderful too.

I've read some of the negative reviews and find myself in a complete quandry as to how those people could have formed such conclusions in one of the most beautiful parts of the world.

We have stayed at this resort a number of times over the past few years on a time share exchange. It has many pools and hot tubs and I especially enjoy the adult hot pool and tub. My hubby enjoys his morning swim in the larger pool, however on Sept 17 the heat was terminated. We had a 2 bedroom unit which was very spacious however the furniture is old and faded, it is indeed in need of replacement.

The staff are very service orientated, especially upon check in, Ellen was superb. The cleaning people are friendly but on our second week neglected to leave shampoo, soap etc. This may have been an oversight or a form of austerity, as was turning the heat off in the pool!
