I highly recommend staying here.The general manager is more than helpful.And very personable.I do recommend asking for two more towels.as you only get two per room.

First I must say the lady at the front desk (Krista, I think) is a gem. So helpful. Very affordably priced. You can leave your car, no extra charge, if you are flying out. We use the Kelowna airport a lot and this is a huge advantage. The bed was very comfy and the room is clean. There is a complimentary breakfast available iin the morning in the lobby. Toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, yoghurt coffee and teas
It is close to shopping also.
I will always stay here from now on. There are much fancier places available, but much more costly and I like the friendly staff here.

In September, we flew into Kelowna for a weekend getaway. We had not been to Kelowna in years and we were unsure as where to stay for the first night we arrived. After a bit of research, we decided to book the Super 8 near the airport since we were flying into Kelowna in the evening and we had stayed at Super 8's in the past.
Upon arrival, the check-in agent was busy checking in another couple. She was extremely pleasant, friendly, and accommodating with the couple. Once they left, she greeted us with the same enthusiasm and pleasantries. She verified our information, explained about the free continental breakfast and all other amenities at the hotel. Our room was on the second floor facing the pool and we had a king size bed. The room was extremely clean and stocked with all our needs. In the morning, we needed an iron which was not in the room. We called the front desk and an iron was brought to our room immediately.
The free continental breakfast was well stocked; however, its a little crampy as the breakfast room is right in the reception area. No matter, as we are not there to sit long, just long enough to grab a quick breakfast to fuel the body.
Upon check-out, once again the front desk agent was extremely pleasant and friendly. Upon my comment regarding the customer service that the staff display, we were given a coupon for 20% off which was good until end of October or November.
If you are looking for a basic hotel with super customer service, super clean, super location, then this is the place to book.

Stayed here for one night. Check-in was very friendly, and was provided with password for wifi which worked well.
The room is nothing fancy but adequate for the price. However, I found the sound-proofing rather poor, as I could hear both my neighbour and highway traffic well. One fairly big annoyance were the keycards. The card readers seem very particular, and it took me between 10 and 20 swipes each time to unlock the door. I saw other guests struggle with this as well.
The free continental breakfast was adequate with coffee, juice, muffins, cereal, toast and fruit.
