I stayed at Otella's in October 2005 while on a business trip to Kelowna. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was across the hall. This was OK at the time because I was the only person staying there but it would have been uncomfortable if there had been another party in the room next to mine. The location is inconvenient if you don't have a car (which I didn't)because you need to be able to drive to a restaurant in the evening. I was apparently the only person in 9 years who had ordered in! In any case, this is probably a fine place to stay if you are on vacation (with car) but not good if you are on business and need room service and internet. On the plus side the breakfast was very, very good.
