Just stayed at the Grand in Kelowna and was very happy with the facilities but not with the add ons. When a hotel charges a premium price they shouldn't charge for wifi and parking also. I've stayed at other hotels in Kelowna for less with as nice of rooms with these two feachers being free.

This was a short business trip and I selected this hotel because of the location. Its right on the lake and close to all the downtown restraints and clients. The Hotel is a bit run down but they are in the process of renovating almost the entire location. The room was nice and we had a king size bed...but unlike most hotels these days..it didn't have a duvet.

We will return and hopeful by the the renovations will be complete...

I had a spa treatment which allowed me access to the hotel's pool area. I have been to the pool numerous times over the years and have always enjoyed it. It has an indoor/outdoor pool which is quite fun especially on a cold winter day. The outdoor hot tub is a real treat too. Although I enjoyed the facilities - I have to say they have seen better days. The locker room was clean and functional but don't expect warm and luxurious. The pools could use a bit of repair work and some cleaning around the grout. The spa treatment was fantastic and Jamie was top of the line.

We've stayed here several times while travelling through Kelowna. Sunday brunch is amazing. Rooms are spacious with the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Blackout curtains ensure a good sleep-in if you're after it. Bathrooms have ample counter space! The service is always amazing.
