We've stayed here several times while travelling through Kelowna. Sunday brunch is amazing. Rooms are spacious with the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Blackout curtains ensure a good sleep-in if you're after it. Bathrooms have ample counter space! The service is always amazing.

we arrived late in the evening after driving from lake louise which was about 400km..front desk was quite impolite.being indians,we were not given good treatment.restaurants were overpriced.very little staff on property.not very helpful .even at about $180...it was a bit overpriced.

We have enjoyed staying at the Grand for many, many years. During our most recent holiday, however, the nightclub located across the pool/courtyard area cranked up its music sooo loud that our entire family (a 3 and 5 year old included) were awoken for 2 of the nights. We were kept awake by the annoying loud thumping from 11 pm until the 2pm closing. We ended up checking out a day early so we could find a quieter place to sleep. We are so disappointed as we have had many wonderful trips to the grand in past years. I am not sure we will return in the future and we will be passing along our experience to fellow Kelowna visitors.

The Delta Grand Okanagan Resort has an excellent location in Kelowna; on the waterfront, next door to the casino, across the street from Prospera Place and walking distance to the entertainment district. What the hotel lacked (older rooms, HS internet fee, high banquet bar prices) was quickly made up by the fact that this hotel hires the right staff and trains them well. Having a work event in Kelowna, we decided to stay the night at the Delta Grand. Upon arriving for check in the front desk clerk did a great job of making me feel like I was the only thing that mattered to her at that time. Great job of small talk and valuing me, her customer. After riding up the elevator to my room, I was greeted in the hallway by one of the housekeeping staff who welcomed me and I was thanked for staying in their hotel. That evening, we enjoyed a work event in one of their conference room. I noticed a banquet staff with a checklist checking to ensure everything was to standard. Not sure a guest should have seen the clipboard checklist? But was impressed that they took care with the impression they left. The next day as we were checking out, we were met in the hallway by another housekeeping staff member who again took the time to speak to us, hoping we enjoyed our stay. The check out process was just as pleasant as the check-in process. Again thanking me for choosing their hotel and taking time to engage in small talk while processing my final bill. I would definitely stay here again but I am hopeful the hotel will decide to include HS internet in their room cost - I understand that other properties charge a fee for access, however, it would be a great way to add value for the customer at little to no cost for the hotel.
