We have stayed at the Royal Anne while on business in Kelowna a number of times. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well-equipped (new plasma TV). Location is on the "main drag" in downtown Kelowna which is very convenient both for business and for meals/drinks etc. (It can get noisy on the Bernard St side in season and on weekends - if you want quiet ask for a room on the north side when you reserve.) The breakfast is fairly basic, and we have tended to go elsewhere. The fitness facility is very small (treadmill and stair master plus some free weights.) Service/desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. Biggest issue for us is the internet, which while free is very slow and congested. We have supplemented with our own wireless.

Stayed here this summer while passing through Kelowna. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a good central location in downtown Kelowna. The parking was a bit tight in the underground lot and our balcony faced a rather busy downtown bar which was fun to visit, but not so much fun to listen to until the wee hours of the morning. Staff were attentive and overall it was fine for a couple of nights.

We had an unexpected overnight stay in Kelowna. In the past we really enjoyed our stays at the Royal Anne Hotel. The location is perfect; close to the lake and park for walks with our dog; close to great restaurants and breakfast is included in the room rate. The personal is professional and offer a heartwarming welcome when you arrive. We will be back in the spring.

My boyfriend and i stayed at the ROYAL ANNE HOTEL for 4 days and EVERYTHING was just great.. It was a big room, which was spotless, great plasma t.v. on the wall, which was pretty neat... Picewise, it was very affordable, and we sure got our money's worth... I would definately recommend this hotel to my family and friends.. oh yea, it's location is the greatest, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and only two blocks from the beach, - can't beat that !!!!
