the recently renovated rooms, vintner grill, amenities, and staff make it a pleasant experience.
Usually stay a couple of times a year, and was pleasantly surprised at the new offer of a complimentary breakfast, hot with good choices for all. Dinner in the Vintner grill is also a relaxing and intimate way to finish your day

Location is great. Walking distance everywhere. Hot breakfast buffet was well balanced. The lobby was nicely renovated and attractive. Front desk was friendly and professional.

I don't have a chance to try out their fitness area and outdoor swimming pool.

I was quite disappointed with the guest rooms. They were very small and felt like a motel room but it's clean. Nothing look like what they have posted on the website. The rooms that we were assigned located on the 3rd floor by some roof top and no view at all. We did not request of changing room because we were there for business trip and will not be spending too much time in the room anyway. We can also hear noises from the adjacent room and hallway.

Bed and pillow was ok. Bath and shower were fine and functional. No Microwave or fridge.

The hotel shown signs of aging. From the outside to the hallway, carpet and elevator etc. I am not sure if I will go back again. It will be a choice if you consider of a budget hotel (seasonal) with free breakfast, parking and wifi.

Came to Kelowna for a night for a event at the hotel. When making the reservation I was asked to call back the next day and speak to the group manager as only she could honour the event rate. Other than that the staff were all very nice and efficient. Fantastic breakfast buffet and really like the upgrades to the rooms. Beds were fantastic. Didn't have a chance to use the pool but next time i'll be sure to bring my suite. Good hotel for the price and location.

Just stayed overnight for an early plane the following morning. The room was spacious and very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable with pillow-top matress and lots of comfy pillows. The bathroom was very well equipped with extremely nice touches. Excellent and unusual selection of soaps, body lotions, etc.

Price for the room included a terrific, full hot breakfast buffet. Delicious.

Reception desk staff extremely friendly and helpful and the shuttle bus to the airport was waiting for us earlier than booked.

A great hotel for either an overnight stop or a few days as it is close to the lake but also just minutes away from the airport and shopping malls.
