Just stayed overnight for an early plane the following morning. The room was spacious and very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable with pillow-top matress and lots of comfy pillows. The bathroom was very well equipped with extremely nice touches. Excellent and unusual selection of soaps, body lotions, etc.

Price for the room included a terrific, full hot breakfast buffet. Delicious.

Reception desk staff extremely friendly and helpful and the shuttle bus to the airport was waiting for us earlier than booked.

A great hotel for either an overnight stop or a few days as it is close to the lake but also just minutes away from the airport and shopping malls.

My stay here was tied to a conference. From arrival to departure I was pleased with the overall experience at this hotel. The room was clean and looked to be updated within the last few years. They have a very nice lounge and a fantastic high quality 5 star restaurant. The outdoor pool looked nice, just be prepared to be on display to people in their rooms and the folks at the lounge. The conference facilities and food was good as well. All in all a good experience.

Years ago the Capri Hotel was on the edge of town and less than impressive. It is now hotel central in Kelowna, surrounded by the everexpanding business district of the Okanagan's busiest city. The hotel hums with activity, as business travelers come and go, hold their meetings in one of several conference rooms, and dine next to the swimming pool with garage type doors thrown open to allow customers to enjoy the balmy summer air. Rooms are comfortable, services are plentiful, prices are reasonable (if you can secure business rates), the food is good, and the beer and local wines are delicious. The swimming pool is wonderfully refreshing after a long day, the fitness room is adequate, Cap's liquor store around the corner is well stocked, there's plentiful shopping and dining nearby and there is tons of room to park your car. The Capri is highly recommended for business and pleasure alike.

Stayed here 3 nights on business. Our organization has an agreement with the hotel so paid business rates. The hotel is older and looks dated on the outside. Renovations have been done on the interior to update the lobby and dining area. The rooms are a bit tired and could use a refresh, but were clean. There was wireless access in the rooms and enough room to feel comfortable working. I would describe the hotel and adequate. I would stay here again for business, but not my first choice for pleasure.
