We stayed one night just before Christmas and were very pleased with the spacious room on the ground floor(not tower building) which looked out onto a garden area. The breakfast was outstanding in the restaurant and was much better than what we have come to expect in motels that offer breakfasts as part of the package. Breakfast is served in the restaurant not in a breakfast room. It was a bit of a walk from our unit but it was worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

I have been to this hotel on many ocasions, because of its location, being a Best Western Plus and I allways thought of it as good.
But now they changed the free breakfast!! Its not just your hot coffee and toast, or if hungry and just want anything then, dried or soggy scrambled eggs, and greasy bacon or sausage is avaliable, as in every Best Western.
But now this one has a cook doing OMLETS!! WOW !! they were great and I would recomend the breakfast to anyone!
Adding that breakfast to the other good things about this hotel rates it very high as a place to stay in Kelowna

What can I say other than wow? Well the breakfast was like an included 5 Star restaurant, the beds felt like heaven, the saltwater pool was amazing, and the rooms were finished like a 5 star hotel!! It was an amazing 1 night stay in Kelowna! The best of any hotels in the area by far. Even with the steep price (remember, it is Kelowna) it was worth every penny. We were in the courtyard section and could walk from our patio right to the outdoor hot tubs and indoor saltwater pool. We could not believe the breakfast. Nice fast wi-fi, decent size rooms, and high end bathrooms. Our only complaint has to be the long walk from some parts of the courtyard rooms to the lobby, breakfast area, and parking lots. I would recommend to anyone who can afford the $180-200 a night!!

I had tried many different hotels in Kelowna and none compare to the Best Western. I have stayed there for over 2 years between 2-4 times per year. Most rooms have been renovated and are extremely clean. Once I got a dog, I was lucky that they have some pet friendly rooms. My dog even got a welcome package with a ball, chew toy etc. I even sent pictures to my parents to show them how big the room was! They go the extra mile even though they seem short staffed at times - if you need help with luggage, for example, you may have to wait. That is really my only complaint. Any problems I've had, they've taken care of it and I've received a discount on my bill or if it's food, it has been taken right off my bill. Everyone is very helpful and even though the prices may seem high, they are comparable to other hotels in Kelowna during the peak season. I won't stay anywhere else.
