The service at this hotel is very good and it goes a long way to making the stay nice.
The hotel itself is in a retail area of town as are most of the hotels in Kamloops.Easy access to the highway and city etc.The rooms were spacious and clean as was the whole facilityWe had a king size bed and it was very comfy.A good basic well run hotel.We would come back.
The Ora Restaurant directly across the street was a pleasent surprise the food was exceptional

Recently spent two nights here while we traveled through Kamloops. Chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and didn't charge an arm and a leg for having a pet. The website indicates that they don't take pets, but they do and are VERY accommodating about it! The site is clean, quiet and very well appointed. Staff are professional and go out of their way to assist you. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Best of all, everything was clean and the bed quite comfortable. Will definitely book in with these folks again!

Nice warm welcome on arrival. The whole hotel appeared exceptionally clean.

They even wash the dufet covers every night, no mystery CSI stains...
