“beware of bed bugs!”

Not located in best part of town but I wanted an inexpensive place to stay for a short night. I awakened at 02:30, turned on the light and discovered bed bugs in bed with me! They were in the bed, on the wall, all over my computer case lying on the second bed. Owner provided refund upon my immediate checkout. I reported the incident to the Kamloops Health Unit and they later investigated. I would NOT recommend this hotel!

“An insult to your intelligence.”

Atrocious and disgusting is the best term for this place. Internet isn't functional, and the fridge froze everything solid, cost me thirty dollars in wasted food.

The staff at the front desk could care could care less, and I can guarantee I won't stay there again.

“A complete waste of money, noisy,dirty,right on hwy,&railway”

In rough part of Kamloops, hotel seems to have welfare residents staying,
railway noise all night. Room furniture badly worn, TV old with bad reception, no ventilation,air conditioner loud & does not cool. Found roaches crawling under sink near toilet.
At night, many drunks loittering outside walkways in front of rooms.
Not a place for children.
Management could care less if you are satistfied or not.
Certainly, a motel with no charm or class.
We were too scared to sleep, again a complete waste of money.
We would have been happier sleeping in the car!
