I stayed 3 nights for business in August. The hanging baskets in the hotel front were inviting. Rooms are clean but dated and tired looking. The reno plans were displayed in the lobby and the new colour scheme planned for this fall looks very inviting.
The staff were wonderful - referring me to good restaurants, pedicure, and overall very friendly and helpful. The convenience of being downtown adds one star. Look forward to returning after the renos.

Spa - Yes, Sauna - Yes, Pool - Yes, Great room, Great aircon, Quiet, a little dark (again what is it with Canadian Hotels and the lack of lighting in rooms?). A very nice and comfortable room.

Our suite was clean, tidy, modern, and airconditioned. Free internet was fast and reliable.
Staff were professional and happy to assist.
We only stayed there one night but happy with the room.

We were thrilled with the location of the hotel, very close to the river and city activities. The front desk manager, Tina, was the kindest person we encountered on our week long hotel stays in BC. Thank you Tina - we will be back!
