We stayed in unit 17 with Queen bed and futon(both very comfie), eat-in kitchen with all the necessities,bathroom w tub/shower and powder room separate.Altho the windows opened to interior halls, the 2nd floor patio/deck more than made up for it w the best panoramic view in the area.Debbie was friendly and extremely accommodating, going out of her way more than once! Like being taken care of by family.The motel is older but the cleanliness was A-one. A.C.needed repair but functioned just fine.We have recommended this to all our west coast friends/family as well as people home in Ont.What a wonderful experience!

This is a pretty old motel so I expected it to be out dated, but I also expected it to be clean. Everything just looked dirty. Our room constantly smelled like smoke but that was because there was a woman constantly smoking on the patio next to us and the smoke travelled right into our room......and the beds are very uncomfortable. We will try somewhere else in town because we did enjoy Harrison despite the accomodations.

My husband and I have stayed many times in the summer and fall of 2011 and most recently Easter weekend of 2011. Debbie and Dave always make us feel comfortable and go out of their way to do so. They are fantastic managers and go beyond the call of duty to please patrons to the motel. It's the only motel in Harrison Hot Springs we will stay at now and believe me we have been in a few. Yes the building is old but it is clean and comfy. Thank you Debbie and Dave for being the most wonderful hosts.

I was pretty surprised at how gross this place was. My husband and I booked it for a night to relax and have a break from the kids. When we arrived to the motel the managers seemed friendly enough, but then decided to start to tell us where we should and should not eat around town. I found this kindof tacky considering he kept circling this one little resteraunt telling us not to eat there. We have stayed in Harrison over a dozen times just not at this particular motel and have eaten at the place he was highly not recommending and although it wasn't particularly good I don't think it deserved the negative attention he was giving it. Then he told us that the Harrison Resort up the road has a great pool that is supposed to only be used by hotel guests but that he always tells his customers to just go sneak in and use them anyways. Seriously? Wow. We got our key and went up to our room, which was so gross i wanted to leave. There were long black hairs inside the top covers on the bed, thick dust on all the lamp shades and large stains on the carpets. If that isn't gross enough I went into the washroom and the tub clearly hadn't been cleaned since the last people used it. There were pubic hairs in the tub. We went out only to return to sleep (with our own blanket we layed overtop of theirs) and did not use the shower the next morning. Considering the room was around $150 for one night I did not expect it to be in the nasty condition it was in. We left un-relaxed, totally disgusted and in need of a shower. We will never be staying in that motel again. The only thing that place is good for is a laugh.
