Stayed here for a weekend in May while my husband played in a golf tournament in Cobble Hill. We chose it due to the location, 15 minutes from Arbutus Ridge Golf Course and walking distance to restaurants and stores.
Our room was very clean which is the most important aspect of staying in a hotel (well to me anyways). I'm not picky on flat screen tv's and fancy restaurants. As long as it's a clean, comfy bed and spotless bathroom I'm happy.
We did not receive stayover service so beds weren't made and our coffee wasn't replaced (so a trip to Starbucks was in order on Sunday morning). My husband registered though so perhaps he may have been told that they don't offer stayover service?
We did not eat in the restaurant, we chose to go to White Spot across the street knowing they have a kid menu.
There was only a bit of noise from the next door neighbours but they must have quietened down as I was able to fall asleep and usually I can't sleep if there's any noise. Also the rooms are separated from the highway by the reception and restaurant so you don't get the road noise.
The only complaint I have is that it was a slight inconvenience when they wouldn't give me a key to the room (my husband and I arrived separately) even though I booked the room, it was my credit card on file AND my husband told them that I was arriving later and would need a key. I'm sure it was just an honest mistake though that the information wasn't passed on to the next person on shift. I didn't have to wait long before he got back and we could get into the room.
Overall, I would stay again as it was nice and clean and affordable.

My partner and i recently spent yet another vacation at the Duncan Travelodge. Because of a couple of negative reviews on Tripadvisor I made a mental note to see what they could have been complaining about, but for the life of me I couldn't find anything. The front desk staff are super helpful and keep the place immaculate . Our room was spotless from the linens, to the carpets and the bathroom. We are both picky and expect value for our money and this place gives it. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Duncan.

BEWARE of this hotel! They will charge you double the fee when you book online through expedia or hotel.com!!!
Then they take FOREVER to "analyse the situation" of THEIR mistake which is a NO BRAINER simple issue corrected in 10 minutes. They took FIVE DAYS to correct it and they didn't call me back in between nor send emails. I had to pay long distance to reach them all the time...they are never seeing me there again!

Stayed in this hotel this past weekend.....very disappointed in this hotel.

Old, dated and in definite need of some serious upgrades. Cleanish I guess there was a dirty facecloth on the floor under the sink when we arrived, carpets are stained.

The front desk clerk was miserable and looked like it was an effort to check us in.

The food in the attached restaurant was very good though and the service there was excellent.

We stayed here out of convenience but if we return it won't be that hotel.
