The beds were not made properly in the kids room. The TV in the main room was not working. There was wet laundry left in the washing machine. They said there was internet, but it was not working and not even hooked up. The heat stayed at 78 degrees. We could not turn it down. So there thermostat must have been broken. The sliding door in the back could not be locked. When we walked in we noticed the carpets were extremely dirty. It looked like a bunch of loggers walked in. The walls looked shabby and dirty. We noticed stop work orders on the buildings beside us. They are under crediter protection now, so probably not wise to put your money down ahead of time.As, they may ask for more fees, which they did with us.

Carpets were very dirty, disposal was disconnected so food was rotting in the sink. Locks did not lock. One person in our party got a bacterial skin infection from going in the hot tub. Golf t was actually under the sheets in the bed. Some of the TVs did not work. We prepaid but they wanted extra money for cleaning fees (of all things) which we did not pay. Original contract was 250 pre-authorization for damages and they charged 500. Not a pleasant stay. Would not recommend this place. There is a mix of residents and rentals here so you are not allowed on the patios after 11 pm or you may loose your deposit. There were other issues as well pertaining to the wedding that was there. Too many to list.

My husband and I booked a two bedroom villa for ourselves for our wedding (held at the Falls), two more for the relatives, and one of the 3-bedrooms as well. We thought the price was well worth it to stay close to our wedding venue.

It takes a lot for a room to impress me, but this villa was perfect. Roomy, nicely decorated, with a beautiful view of the Fraser Valley off the back deck. This villa had a full kitchen with all dishes and cutlery and appliances. Granite countertops. Dining table. It was like being at home! There was a spacious living room with fireplace, flat screen tv with dvd player, and a stereo. There was access to the back deck from both the living room and the master bedroom. Back deck had a hot tub, bbq, and patio set. We had our own single-car garaqge with door opener.

There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bed/bath was quite large. There was a walk-in closet with extra bedding towels. There was a giant soaker tub (as if you need it with a hot tub!), shower was small and ....seemed like they just put it in to make sure there was a shower. That, I think, is my only criticism.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn't see them very much because there was no need.....we had no needs or concerns to be addressed.

The villas do back right onto the golf course, which means if you want to hang out in your hot tub during the day, better be comfortable in your bathing suit body! The villas are also not close to any restaurants except the gold course clubhouse, but really it's only a 10 min drive into town.......besides, with a kitchen that well stocked you should really be eating in!

We stayed here on vacation and Played golf while here. Nice course in fair condition. Do not try to walk this course - not possible. Overall a nice place with specraular views!
