“Nice hotel we would stay again.”

This was a nice hotel. Great friendly and accommodating staff. Warm chocolate chop cookies at the checkin counter welcomed us. Beds comfy. Lots of towels. Coffee maker, fridge and hair dryer in room. Great little breaky included. We slept on the backside so we didn't hear ant highway traffic at all. The only negative thing in our experience us we could hear the people above us walking around in the early morning which woke us up.

“Excellent value”

We stayed for 3 nights and were very happy with our stay.

The staff were very helpful, the room was more than adequate and the breakfast was great. They could however do with extra breakfast seating.

Prior to booking at the Super 8, we did enquire at several independent motels and were surprised at how expensive they were, taking into account their appearance and lack of amenities. I would say that the Super 8 provides better value and it would be our choice for future visits to Williams Lake.

“Good Value”

We've stayed here before when we've travelled through Williams Lake. We were greeted with freshl white chocolate and macadamia nut cookies, a nice touch. The staff are efficient and courteous, the facility is clean and orderly, and the room is from the same cookie cutter room as one expects from a chain motel - clean, functional, adequately supplied, comfortable beds, and no nasty surprises. The only draw back for us is that it is on the edge of the city and the bar/restaurant next door is very expensive, too expensive if you simply want a meal. There are plenty of places to eat in Williams lake, but it requires a drive to get to them. A continental breakfast is provided with the cost for the room, but the breakfast room is generally inadequate for the size of the motel and the breakfast is lack lustre. We went to a nearby McDonalds instead. On the whole, the price is right for what they deliver, and a bit better deal than other comparable motels in the city.

“Pick room 317/319”

Very good hotel with friendly staff that my wife and I have stayed in over 30 nights in 3 years visiting family in the area.
Pick the above mentioned rooms, they are on the back side which is quiet although it faces the side of a small hill that goes to a residential area. It is very quiet on this side and unless you were planning to stare out of your window for the length of your stay, the lack of a view should not bother anyone.
The rooms have 2 queen beds, a 32" TV, air conditioning and the window opens. There are blackout curtains as well.
The bathroom has a tub/shower, decent amount of counter space and hair dryer. It is a good size.

Staff is friendly and courteous, the free breakfast is generally muffins, bagels, bread, jam, peanut butter, juices, coffee tea and fruits. There are 2 tables to sit at but you can bring your breakfast upstairs as well, there are plates and bowls (styrofoam).
There is a computer in the lobby with free access for guests.

Eat at the casino next door, very good food at good prices. I think they have a lower priced lunch menu. The Dog 'n Suds closer to town has pretty good "coney fries".
