“Best hotel in Williams Lake”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 January 2012

I travel to Willams Lake for work periodically and have stayed at other places in the area. I've found the Coast Fraser Inn to be the best bargain for room quality, service and value.

It's an older hotel that was recently renovated nicely.

They offer a free light breakfast (eggs, toast, breakfast and bacon). It's also a bonus that it has a Boston Pizza connected to it.

“Best Hotel in the Cariboo”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 January 2012

We are very picky about the cleanliness of a room, plus to relax in comfort. The Coast Fraser Inn exceeded all expectations. The service and the help of the staff was second to none. We were to stay only one night and move down the Cariboo to another hotel, but our stay was so good that we stayed a second night. I would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend The Coast Fraser Inn to anyone staying in Williams Lake. The Best Hotel in the Cariboo.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 3rd floor facing downtown Williams Lake.

“A fine choice for a road trip”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 January 2012

We stayed here for one night on our way north. Despite previous negative reviews about the fire doors, they seem to have been fixed. Consequently, we had a nice, quiet and clean room. The breakfast is average, but it's free, so what the heck?

“Amazing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 November 2011

On Sat Nov 12 2011 we got a call at our Kamloops home to get to Williams Lake. My sister in law was in the hospital there and the Dr were not sure she was going to make it. Our familly surounded this extremely booked hotel in our time of grief. The staff there was made aware of our situation. The ladys at the front desk was more than supportive and accomodating to us. From extreme reasonable rates, To NO late fee cancellations and even offering emotional support. This hotel was booked with peewee hockey tourneys and they even kept us away from the kids floor. I could go on and on but eventually this box will run out of room. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and unlike most hotels they have security that does do drive byes in there parking lot I saw them at 2:30am. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason. Thank you to those 2 ladies who made our nightmares bareable as possible.

Room Tip: Any room would be great

“Fix The Damn Loud Fire Doors !!!!!!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 October 2011

Every 5 seconds, someone walks through the hallway, opens the fire doors which are like every 20 feet, then SLAM !!!!!!! ALL FRICKEN NIGHT LONG !!!! the hydraulics are obviously gone on all the door mechanisms, please fix the bloody things, this is so annoying, other than that the rooms are beautiful and super comfy beds too. I'd 5 star the hotel, but not until you get the fire doors fixed.
