This has to be one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. Our room smelled like mold, the blankets were stained, the walls were filthy. When I complained to the front desk, they moved us to a different room. The bedding appeared to be clean in the new room, but the walls were still filthy and the temperature was a mere 15C! We had to manually turn the heat on and off all night b/c the thermostat wasn't working. When I called the front desk I was told to "just wait awhile and it will warm up". The hallways reeked of pot, and there were holes in the walls in the stairwells.

At two in the morning some guy was pounding on a door down the hall. After 15 minutes of this, I called the front desk to advise them and was told "Oh, I know. His key won't work, so he's trying to wake up his room mate to let him in." (?) Whatever happened to the front desk having a master key to let him in with, rather than allowing this guy to wake up the whole hotel???

This place was absolutely gross, I would never, EVER, stay here again. Do yourself a favor and give it a miss.

I have never stayed at the hotel and I'm sure it is fine although it has been there for a long time. And there was a minor fire there back in the 90's.

But anyway we went to the resteraunt for supper one evening and it was just aweful. Our server was a very rude lady. When we got there my grandaughter who is very young orderd pancakes. They did not bring them for about an hour and then they said that they she could not have them.

And while we were waiting these men come in and the server says that she can not serve them and for them to "GET OUT"!!!!

Anyway the service was just awefull and when the food did come it was burnt and not tasty at all!!

The Motel is fine but NEVER go to the resteraunt!!

This is a hotel that is used by soccer and hockey teams and families. It suits that purpose well. Starting to show it's age. Rooms quite average, but price is reasonable. Includes continental breakfast, which was good. Wood frame construction, so not the best for light sleepers.
