“There are nice people out there!”

Im from London,Ont moved out west with my wife to pursue a career in the oil fields.I was to stay at the Quality Inn,I was greeted at the front desk with respect and the Hospitality was welcoming.I had stayed 2 weeks in the Quality Inn at the time my wife had left to fly back to London,Ont,relized that I misplaced my debit,and master card in her luggage.I was to use either card to pay for a cab to the Holiday Inn to catch the red arrow shuttle bus to take me to calgary for my flieght back home,I had no way of paying for my ride to the Holiday Inn.Christine had seen that I was in panic and offered to drive me to Holiday Inn after her shift ended, she was very helpful and understanding,we need more people like christine in this world to make a better place for all.I give my all do respect to the Quality Inn and for Christine for helping me in desperate times.Thank you sincerly: Eddy Van Damme.

“Need Microwaves”

Marjorie, Lindsy and Amy are wonderful and great to get along with at the front desk, they handle any questions you will ask. But in the hotel industry there is not a major chain that does not have microwaves in every room but this place, kinda sucks having to ask and wait till one becomes available. Lets get with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“All hotels should be....”

The physical property was excellent parking space at least over couple of hundreds, building looked like brand new.
From the first step into the lobby they did everything right. The hotel has everything(actualy more than I needed) swimming pool, spa, buffet restaurant, sports bar, lounge, mini casino.....I could not use them all.
My room was specious and well appointed, must be all-new furniture, carpet, beds, big flat TV, Internet, granite counters in bathroom and coffee table, .... Which make me feel like my new built home.
8days traveling from southern US, this is the best hotel. I asked front desk for extra coffee and a stamp for US different time but both didn't take to my room more than 2,3 minutes( free of charge)
Here is a hotel management which truly believes in the phrase, "The customer is always right". Wish all hotels could make it look so easy and effortless to ensure that their guests were truly taken care of in such a manner.
If you are in this area, this is the hotel and the price( check others) was unbeatable too!

Room Tip: There were two 3story building, I stayed parking lot side 2nd floor it was great.

“Staff”

Although the hotel is average the staff is well above average. The evening we checked in the reception staff was helpful in getting us parked with our large trailer and then directing us to a Mexican restaurant.

The next morning we had some difficulty with the near by U Haul dealer---Lindsay went above and beyond to help us out. She printed a map for us, directed us to the dealership as well as a route out of town.
