I've been staying in this hotel for more than a month now and everything's been great so far. The staff are really nice and friendly. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that one housekeeping lady who wanted to kick me out of the room before she cleans it when it was pretty obvious that I was too sick to get out of bed. So instead of leaving the room, I just told her to take my garbage out.

People make the difference and these front desk staff are always helpful and enthusiastic. Rooms are always clean and are a good size. Good value. Always come back.

I ALWAYS STAY at the Holiday Inn Express in Red Deer as I go to Red Deer for business regularly. I find the staff professional, but friendly enough to joke with you! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the standards are consistent. Don't want unexpected issues with the hotel I stay at - "have enough of that in meetings". At a recent stay, the Manger hosted a Priority Club Member appreciation social with a few appetizers and beverages (comfortable and casual), and conversed with each guest in attendance. Talk about feeling welcome and what a wonderful way to say thank you to your regular clientelle! That is only one example of why I stay there. You have a loyal customer. See you again soon. gr8 spot The bed were amazingly comfortable. I also enjoyed the fresh baked cookies every evening at the front desk.
