This hotel is under construction but didn't affect our stay at all. Hotel staff @ desk were very friendly. Room was spacious and very clean. Free wi-fi in room was great to have. The breakfast was great; many choices: cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt, english muffins, eggs, sausage, tea, coffee, juice....nice selection, clean, well organized too and lots of room to eat. Will stay here again, anytime!

This hotel is in the process of adding more rooms. A good thing.
Next on the agenda should be updating the existing rooms. Like a previous place we stayed in Calgary, these rooms are looking drab and dreary. Hope to see that in the near future.

Hotel is clean and staff friendly. But the location right on the highway makes it noisy if you like to have your window open. Also, the hotel was under construction and there was banging during the day. They should have warned us about that when we made our reservation.

This hotel was just renovated and the rooms were super nice but I didn't enjoy the little black bugs running around the floor. Apparently, in a dry Summer they get these little pests in Medicine Hat but the front desk offered to move us. Also, the waterslide, which the kids loved, did shoot people out with a huge splash into a small pool - somebody is going to get seriously hurt one of these days. Its diffiicult to stay out of somebody's way when its such a small pool. The breakfast was free & good selection. Overall, my family had a great time there.

Stayed for 2 nights at the Days Inn Medicine Hat Alberta on business.
Crystal the Desk clerk was awesome. Very professional and courteous. The room was very clean. It had a new a flat screen TV. comfortable beds. Pillows were plenty and comfy. Location was right beside Houston Pizza. Had a great Steak sandwich and big schooner of beer. Fast excellent service great food, good price. I believe they served breakfast there also. the only negative was the construction at the one end of the hotel(they are adding 20 rooms) started at 6:30 am one morning. I mentioned it and the desk person/ crystal gave me a Tim Hortons gift card.. Really a nice gesture. Like all Days Inns, parking is at a premium so when you get in late you are scrambling for a spot.
I would definately stay again. They had an excellent govt. rate.
