“Wonderful hotel.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 September 2011

My husband and I booked our stay at this hotel through the internet and got an exceptional deal. We requested a room with a King Size bed.

However we landed up getting to Lethbridge a day early with my 18 year old in tow. Not a problem at all at the hotel. They booked us into a 2 Queen unit for the one night until we off-loaded our son to college and then moved us over the the King room for the next two nights of our stay.

The hotel is plain, yes. But it was extremely clean (both rooms). There was no noise for any of the nights that we were there. Breakfast was simple but everything was good. And you can't beat the location.

The girls at the front desk were always helpful.

We'll stay here again.

“Rock hard beds.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 September 2011

As a lower end hotel my hopes were not overly high but this place was just terrible all around and not even worth the low rate. When I first entered the hotel I was greeted by a clerk who barely acknowledged me and seemed frustrated at me for "interrupting" whatever she was doing. When I walked into the room I was greeted by a stale smell that lingered the whole stay but I continued to unload my bags. Shortly after I entered the bathroom and it looked as if it had barely been cleaned there were still dried up water spots and a tub that looked like it had probably never been cleaned. The final straw for me was the lack of sleep from the rock hard bed. Easily the worst hotel bed I have ever had, in retrospect I should have just checked out immediately and found other accomodations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who has to work or travel the following day.

“What a great stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 January 2011

We stayed here because of such a welcome and gracious clerk at the desk when we arrived. We stayed in Room 401 and it was a 2 queen size bed suite. Very comfortable, there was hot chocolate and coffee in the lobby anytime you wanted to go down to get one and of course the pleasant clerk was there to attend your every request. I wish I had her name as she was exceptional with people. The cost was so reasonable we would not hesitate to stay there again and again. Great location to Costco, WalMart, etc., (2 blocks away on Mayor Magrath Drive South. The continental breakfast was lovely as well, nice selection and coffee was fabulous! Thank you for such a enjoyable trip after our long journey from Saskatchewan during the Xmas holidays.

“Good value for money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 December 2010

This is a good hotel, better than I thought it would be. It has proper central heating so you can actually sleep rather than being kept awake by a clanky wall-mounted unit. Also had a fridge and microwave in the room. My only real complaint is that the bed was a bit on the hard side but I'm not surprised at this price. The colour scheme in the hotel (green and white) also made me think I was staying in a private room in a hospital! Very close to lots of restaurants and a Shopper's Drug Mart which was handy.
