Made a trip into Lethbridge with some friends to do some shopping. New to the area. Staff were great to help with locations and the best way to get to the shopping areas and the best places to eat in town. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful!!! Thanks for making our stay very enjoyable!!

Our family stayed at this hotel in August 2010. We came to Lethbridge for some back to school shopping and recreation. The hotel was very clean, the pool was also clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. This hotel is conveniently located to fantastic restaurants, shopping malls and other city attractions. We enjoyed the onsite Denny's restaurant as well as the mini-mall.
By far it was the staff that made the difference in regards to our stay at this hotel! Kudos goes to the Lethbridge Sandman Inn staff who were always so friendly, accomodating and went out of their way to ensure that our family had a pleasurable stay!
We will definately return!

Great hotel. We stayed there in August for our son's soccer torunament. Rooms were updated and clean and staff were friendly. Hotel is centrally located to the shopping mall for the wife and only 10 minutes to the fields. Great restaurants in the area including the Watertower restaurant which was great. Kids enjoyed the ppol area and running to the 7/11 for a slushy. We would love to stay again.

We stayed at the Sandman Inn this past Labour Day weekend to visit with friends in Lethbridge. The Sandman is in a great location on a main road in Lethbridge with easy access to many restaurants. There is a Denny's located directly in the hotel which was great for a quick meal. The hotel was clean, the rooms were great for our family and there were no concerns such as those that have been posted previously. The staff in the hotel were all friendly and polite and were able to assist with anything that came up either directly or by forwarding us to the appropriate person.

I would definitely stay here again upon a return trip to Lethbridge. This hotel is obviously being run by staff that care about their customers and that is very clear from the service that we received.
