Great Staff,clean renovated rooms,comfy beds....too bad about the Denny's and the 2 minute page loads. The staff is fabulous, caring and seem very dedicated to ensuring your stay is pleasant. My expectations are totally met at this property save for the restaurant and the poor internet. Slow internet speeds make for ponderously slow work if you have to do any in your room. As for the restaurant, one would expect something...anything but a Denny's at a property like this. IMO Denny's is renowned for greasy food and this one lived up to its reputation. The business centre REALLY should have a printer/copier to enable business travelers to better work at the hotel if nessisary.
That said I will continue to stay here, the Staff overcomes the shortfalls.

General Manager - Bruce Primeau : Thank you for choosing the Sandman Hotel for your most recent stay. Our ongoing renovations will continue to bring our property up to our high standard of customer satisfaction. Our pillow top beds ensure guests enjoy a comfortable, restful night's sleep. I am proud to say that our staff works hard and go the extra mile for our guests and it is great to read (through your kind words) that it does not go unnoticed.
Our business centre has recently had the printer replaced and we continue to provide other amenities needed for our business travellers in order that they may be able to complete their work in comfort. I do apologize for it not being available during your stay. The Denny's menu does offer healthy choices from its grilled items to its salads with something for everyone. Concerns related to your food quality have been passed along to the Denny's management team.
I do apologize for the concerns related to our internet. We have our IT department working with our local internet provider to address any problems related to our internet service.
