We spent 3 nights here in June 2011. While it was a very chilly June with wind so didn't spend any time on lake but it is a great place to stay while exploring the Jasper area. Very comfy, clean, spacious room. Clean property too. Nice hot tub for end of day. Laundry facilities on property. Only 5 minutes to town so easy to go in for breakfast or dinner. Plus its away from train tracks in town so that is one benefit for those of us used to the quiet. We'd definitely return.

we had booked the royal villa in patricia lake bugalows.very well appointed in every way except that it had 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom,so for our family of 5 ,it was a little difficult.but the owners of the property stay on it and gave us wonderful service in every way.the lake on the property is private and all to yourself.the view from here is amazing.it is a must to have a car when you stay here as the place is about 5km from town.here you get a real feel of the rockies.you should not think of staying anywhere except here .the attached kitchens are well equipped.wonderful place

We stayed here for 2 nights on our honeymoon. We stayed in the grove suite. It was very modern, comfortable and clean! The view onto the lake was amazing and it was very quiet and peaceful! We had our own BBQ which was great and it was good to have our own kitchen to keep the costs down. We would love to return here one day as we thought it was perfect! Not cheap but worth the money completely!

We stayed in one of the traditional lodges which was nice enough but for the rate i think they need to be updated a little. They are very small, the bed takes up nearly the entire bedroom. The lodge was clean and we had a pleasant enough stay but in future if we couldn't book into the Grove we wouldn't stay.
