I stayed here for 1 night on my way through town. The property was clean, rooms were comfortable, and the service was pretty good. The beds are comfortable and the heating/cooling system seemed to work appropriately. There is free wi-fi in the room which worked well and had good signal strength.
We arrived fairly late so ordered room service to avoid going out. The food was mediocre at best, and they forgot my soup and I had to call back to have it brought up, and it was delivered promptly. The kids pizza was under heated and the cheese wasn't all melted. Breakfast the next morning at the restarurant (same kitchen) was pretty good.
The hotel staff were friendly but there were a couple of irritations. First, I called for the shuttle bus and was told it wouldn't pick me up from the Swan Aero hangar where we landed, about 200 metres from the main terminal. So we walked with our stuff over to the main terminal (not a huge deal, but dragging a couple of suitcases with an 8 year-old in tow is a bit of work). The shuttle driver actually seemed irritated that we didn't ask for pickup from the other hangar. I explained that we were explicitly told it was not an option. He did go into the hotel to speak with the front desk to ensure they were aware they will pick up guests anywhere on the airport property if requested.
We checked in and went up to our room - although it wasn't our room. Fortunately we didn't walk in on anyone, just their belongings. So we trudged back down the hall and downstairs to inform the front desk we were in an occupied room. They quickly fixed the error and we were on our way.
It has a small pool which is nice, and a hot tub. Both were in good condition and clean.
Overall it's a decent property and I would consider it again. I wouldn't recommend the food, and attention to some of the small details with the shuttle bus and room assignment would have made the stay more enjoyable.

I am sorry to hear that you encountered a few problems over the course of your stay. Our shuttle service will pick up passengers at other terminals upon availability, which should have been checked before giving you an answer.
